The Zune is a breeze to use with new, intuitive touch controls. Don't subject yourself to cumbersome, slow scrolling. The innovative new Zune pad makes browsing your music, video and picture collections fun and effortless. You'll fly through your favorites and get to just what you're looking for in no time flat. This powerhouse device stores up to 20,000 songs, 25,000 pictures, or 250 hours of video. (Please note that music estimates are based on 128 kbps WMA files, with length of 4 minutes each; pictures transferred to Zune will be optimized for Zune screen size; and video estimates are based on 500 kbps WMV files with 128 kbps WMA audio tracks.)

What a dissapointment:

I will never EVER buy another Zune Mp3 Player and I advise others to heed my advice. I bout my first Zune 120 gb about a year and a half ago and it worked great for six months, then slowly it started to stick and then finally it gave me that dreaded 5 error which asked me to contact customer service, it wasn't so bad so I sent it off to be fixed. NEVER AGAIN MICROSOFT:

I don't even want to waste another minute with this piece of junk.
The zune device is pretty decent.
But your only WAY to get music to it (from your PC) is the PC ZUNE Software -- it's a bloated PIG. SLOW on my very fast computer and now, I can't even install it again on my XP laptop media center. defective right out of the box - Zune 80 GB model:

Microsoft was not clear that the Zune 80 GB Red model I purchased was about to become obsolete being replaced by touch screen hi-definition models. Worse than that, it was defective right out of the box. After much wrangling sand aggravation I finally got a new outdated model -- literally by way of a slow boat from China (it took over one month).

Zune 80gb MP3 Player:

I used to think I wanted Apple's iPod until a co-worker introduced me to Microsoft's Zune. What a great switch! I have an Apple iPhone and it's great, but I completely HATE iTunes. The Zune software is so easy and user friendly. I don't get anywhere near as frustrated with Zune as I do iTunes.
